Smoked Lamb Rack

Prepared using the finest quality lamb rack, this dish is smoked slowly for 6 hours. It melts in your mouth and offers a delicate smoke flavor.

Smoked Brisket

Inspired by American BBQ culture, our brisket is prepared with our unique recipe. After 12 hours of smoking, it achieves a fork-tender texture.
