Mahsun Usta Signature Wrap
Our signature wrap is prepared with hand-chopped meat, special seasonings, and lavash baked in a wood-fired oven. This unique flavor has gained a tremendous following in Istanbul.
Beef Shashlik
Our shashlik is prepared by marinating beef tenderloin cubes in special seasonings and grilling them on charcoal fire. Served with grilled vegetables and rice pilaf.
Lamb Chops
Our lamb chops are cut from the finest part of the rack and quickly cooked on charcoal fire. The exterior is crispy while the inside remains juicy and tender.
