Smoked Lamb Rack

One of our most beloved smoked meats, the Smoked Lamb Rack is prepared by smoking specially selected lamb at low temperatures for hours. The smoke from a blend of oak and beech wood imparts an incomparable aroma to the meat.

Smoked Asado

We present the Asado technique inspired by South America with our own interpretation. This special cut prepared from beef ribs is slowly cooked for 8-10 hours, achieving an incredibly tender texture.
