Beginning his journey with the dream of becoming a master chef, Mahsun Usta went on to work as both chef and manager at some of Turkey’s most acclaimed restaurants.
After a decade of experience, in 2005, together with his four brothers, he founded his first restaurant under the name Mahsun Usta.
